Findings: Dix-Hallpike maneuver with right ear undermost provoked a nystagmus response with upward and counterclockwise fast phases.
Assessment: Consistent with BPPV due to canalolithiasis of right posterior semicircular canal.
Plan: Epley maneuver was performed immediately. Patient received counseling and reassurance. Appointment scheduled for repeat Dix-Hallpike maneuver and follow-up.
