Altered mental status, transient loss of consciousness, headache, neck pain, chest and/or back pain, abdominal and/or back pain, dyspnea, diplopia, dysarthria, dysphagia, dysphonia, dysesthesia, drop attacks, tilt or inversion illusion, bleeding or fluid loss, chills or fever, anisocoria, hypoxemia, or abnormal glucose.
